2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 709 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, lodged on 25.12.2022 by the informant Kajal Kumari.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
