The petitioner seeks bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 156/2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Amended Act, 2016.

18 litres of country made foreign liquor is alleged to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 12.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District
