The petitioner is in custody in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 89 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 22 and 23 of the NDPS Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that 2 Kgs. Ganja was recovered from his bag.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2019.

Considering the quantity of Ganja and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
