2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 307 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 20, 8, 22 of the N.D.P.S Act.
4. The recovery is of 10.420 Kg ganja .
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that two charge sheeted witnesses have been examined. The petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2022.
6. Considering the period of custody and the quantum of recovery of ganja this application is allowed.

7. Let the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st Vaishali at Hajipur in Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No. 307 of 2022.
8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Goraul Police Station on every sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) N.K/- U T
