JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,327,379 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one Alok Raj along with fifty others came in the transport office of the informant and demanded extortion and took ten thousand rupees from the pocket of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to transportation rivalry the accusation has been levelled. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 8

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22718 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 of 2013 pending in the court of learned J.M. Ist Class, Patna. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
