JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-05-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs - "(i) Issuance of a writ, writs, order, orders in the nature of certiorari quashing the office order No. 80 dated 01.03.2017 whereby and whereunder the registration of the petitioner has been suspended by the M.D., BSWC, Patna and he has been discharged from the works of all the Centers allotted to him.
(ii) Issuance of a writ/writs/order/orders/ in the nature of certiorari quashing the office order no. 85 dated 03.03.2017 whereby and whereunder one Uday Kumar has been appointed Handling and Transporting Agent/Contractor at Mohania Center of Bihar State Warehousing Corporation.
(iii) Issuance of any other writ/writs/order/orders to the respondent authorities for which the petitioner is entitled to in the eyes of law."

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018 (Annexure-13) filed before the Managing Director, Bihar State Ware Housing Corporation, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) is directed to be disposed of, in which event, the present writ petition need not be pressed on merits.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents appears and has been heard.
4. Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar State Ware Housing Corporation, Bihar, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2018 (Annexure-13), if the same is pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
