JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amended) Act, 2016. Four bottles of Indian made liquor are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 15.05.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016.
