2. At the very outset, learned counsel for J. P. University submitted that all the admitted dues of the petitioner shall be paid within one week as funds have already been received by the State Government.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to J. P. University to ensure that, as has been submitted before the Court, payment is made of all the

Patna High Court CWJC No.700 of 2017 dt.16-05-2018 2/2 admissible dues to the petitioner, if already not paid, within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the Registrar of J. P. University. The said payment shall include the portion of difference of arrears of pay and allowances admissible prior to October, 1992 as well as the interest on deferred D.A. and Group Insurance for the period the petitioner worked under the then undivided B. R. A. Bihar University. This is in view of the agreement between learned counsel for the B. R. A. Bihar University and J. P. University that such share of B. R. A. Bihar University has already been forwarded to J. P. University, keeping in mind the decisions of the Court in the case of Dudhnath Tiwari v.
