02. On the last date of hearing, i.e., on 22.03.2024, following order was passed:- "On call, none appears for the election petitioner. However, learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 is present.

02. It has been pointed out that in the order dated 06.02.2024, inadvertently, in third line of paragraph no. 5 word 'Authority' has been typed instead of word 'Committee'.

03. Accordingly, the order dated 06.02.2024 is modified to the extent that in the said order, in third line of paragraph no. 5 word 'Committee' be read instead of word 'Authority'.

04. Office has reported that challan/receipt of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) towards compliance of order dated 06.02.2024 has not been filed.

05. Since none appears for the election petitioner, by way of last opportunity, list this matter on 01.04.2024 at 03:00 PM.

06. The election petitioner is directed to bring on record the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 25,000/- in the coffer of Patna High Court Legal Services Committee on or before the next date of hearing."
