2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 149 of 2025 registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. Allegation is of committing murder of the father of the informant.

4. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre-arrest bail.
