JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 The prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for payment of the total amount of medical expenses incurred by the deceased employee Late Shri Prem Chandra Choudhary, husband of the petitioner herein, amounting to a sum of Rs. 2,44,367/-.

The learned counsel for the Respondent-State, referring to paragraph nos. 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit, has submitted that the said amount of Rs. 2,44,367/- has already been paid to the petitioner by a Demand Draft No. 17823 dated 05.03.2018. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives in the present writ petition, hence the same is disposed of as having become infructuous.
