2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/354 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have resolved their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of the settlement is annexed with the mediator's report dated 18.12.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 does not controvert this submission.
