The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 375 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the facts the petitioner was not present in the car and the recovery of 1.4 litres of liquor, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of ten weeks from today, on
