By this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for quashing of the notices dated 15.03.2021 in Land Case No. 26 of 2020-21 contained in Annexure-1 series.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that representations of the petitioners dated 12.08.2021 and 13.09.2021 as contained in Annexure-4 series are pending before the District Magistrate, Nawada but they have not been disposed of as yet.

In the circumstances, District Magistrate, Nawada is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioners, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law after hearing the petitioners within a period three months from the date of receipt/ communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation an direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
