The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code but charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 323, 324, 442, 380 and 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From perusal of the F.I.R. it appears that there is no allegation against the petitioner but it is a case of 2008 and petitioner has remained absconder for eight years. In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, petitioner will be at liberty to renew
