The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihita P. S. Case No. 609 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st Danapur at Patna in Bihita P.S. Case No.
