1. During the course of the arguments, it is noticed that the petitioners, being the legal heirs of late Binesh Chandra Singh, who was the original partner of M/s Ambaji Woollen Mills, have not

Patna High Court CWJC No.18595 of 2021(18) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 approached respondent Nos. 2 to 4 for any settlement of the loan amount. Without approaching the said authorities, the present Writ petition has been filed directly, seeking a direction not to finalize the auction during the pendency of the Writ petition or for the alleged default in payment of the loan, and to settle the matter under the One Time Settlement Scheme.

2. At this juncture, the Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the Writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation before the authorities.

3. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the petitioners to approach the authorities, i.e., respondent Nos. 2 to 4.
