JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks to challenge the order dated 19.07.2018 passed by the respondent no. 2 in Stamp Case No. 36 of 2018 by filing appropriate appeal before the appellate authority. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal against the aforesaid order dated 19.07.2018 under Rule 13 of the Bihar Stamp (Prevention of under Valuation of Instruments), Rules, 1995 before the appellate authority.

It is needless to state that in case the appeal is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal of the petitioner on merits without being
