The present applications have been filed for modification of the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 19534 of 2014 and 19344 of 2014 whereby the petitioners were granted bail in Vigilance P.S. Case No.47 of 2012 arising out of Special Case No. 20 of 2012, to the extent of deleting the additional condition "to remain physically present before the court below on each and every date at least for two years or till disposal of the case, whichever is earlier" on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13781 of 2015 (5) dt.05-05-2015 2/2 ground that after the bail grant order in the quashing application being Criminal Miscellaneous No.38650 of 2014 preferred by the petitioners further proceeding of the learned court below has been stayed till framing of the charge vide order dated 18.11.2014 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court and the stay is still operating.

In the circumstances, the order dated 21.07.2014 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 19534 of 2014 and 19344 of 2014 is modified to the extent that the learned court below will cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners on three consecutive defaults during trial.

Both the applications are, accordingly, disposed off.
