The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patna Kotwali P.S.Case No. 204 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 471, 472 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer of the bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36239 of 2017. However, again the petitioner has moved for bail, which was also rejected vide order dated 02.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19109 of 2018. It has also been submitted that the petitioner has moved in the present case for provisional bail on the ground that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57954 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 his mother is seriously ill and she is a cardiac patient and he is only person to look after her.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the Bank of Baroda, Frazer Road.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances discussed above, let the petitioner, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 204 of 2015, subject to the conditions for 15 days from receipt of order and the petitioner must surrender after completion of 15 days and further no time will be allowed for extension of provisional bail.

It is also made clear that if the petitioner will not surrender before the Court below after completion of fifteen days from release, his bail bond will be cancelled. The petition is accordingly, disposed of.
