The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application of petitioner no.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8111 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 5 as he has been arrested.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail application of petitioner no. 5 is dismissed as withdrawn. So far as petitioners no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 are concerned, they are said to have assaulted the prosecution side because of pending land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. The injuries sustained by the prosecution side are simple in nature. The persons from the accused side have also received injury.

Considering the totality of circumstances, let above named petitioners no. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 160 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pravinkumar/- U
