JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-09-2016 Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the State. The writ application is filed for the following relief as culled out in para-1(i). It is stated that with reference to Annexure-3 that certain land have been conveyed in favour of the state for being settled with the citizens belonging to Mahadalit community but the consideration amount as promised by the circle officer has not been paid. However, there is no assertion in the writ petition supported by the document that actually the land was conveyed by an instrument in favour of the state respondents. In this background, it is difficult for this Court to grant the relief. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to
Patna High Court CWJC No.2962 of 2014 dt.06-09-2016 2/2 ventilate his grievance before the appropriate/competent authority of the state respondents for consideration and disposal in accordance with law.
Granting the said liberty, the writ application is dismissed.
