JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 24-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that he caused injury on the head of the informant with garasa.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no accusation of repeating the blow and apparently the injury appears to be simple and the case lodged by the petitioner's side is at earlier point of time. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21952 of 2015 (2) dt.24-06-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 190 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Gaya.
Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
