Learned counsel for the B.R.A. Bihar University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University') has appeared and also filed supplementary counter affidavit.

2. It was submitted on behalf of the University that payment of pension difference and earned leave difference has already been sent to the Bank and credited into his account yesterday. With regard to difference of arrears of salary, the stand is that the same has been calculated and payment shall be made within three weeks. It was submitted that payment of gratuity to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7360 of 2017 dt.18-05-2018 2/2 maximum limit of Rs. 10 lakhs has already been paid to him.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid and the fact that copy of the supplementary counter affidavit has already been served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 15.05.2018, and no rejoinder filed, in the opinion of the Court, the writ petition has served its purpose.

4. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off with a direction to the University to ensure that in terms of the stand taken regarding payment of arrears of salary, the same be credited into the account of the petitioner latest within three weeks from today.
