1. The present application has been filed for a direction to the respondent - District Magistrate, Gaya to dispose the Supply Appeal Case No. 04 of 2025 which is pending since 23.06.2025. The appeal has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 07.03.2025 passed by the licensing authority i.e. S.D.O., Tikari, Gaya by which the P.D.S. license of the petitioner has been cancelled.
