JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that while the informant was carrying the logs on the tractor it was obstructed by the accused persons. Petitioner no. 1 assaulted with farsa causing injuries on various part of body of the informant when the informant fell down then petitioner no. 2 tried to throttle the informant. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that in the background of serious land dispute the accusation has been levelled. The injury report of the informant as contained in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22564 of 2015 (2) dt.22-05-2015 2/2 Annexure 7 reflects that all the injuries are simple in nature. There is counter version of occurrence where the petitioners' side also received injury. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 246 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
