The petitioner seeks bail in Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 08/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 7 of the E.C. Act. 325 litres of kerosene oil is alleged to have been recovered from the house of this petitioner.
The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 30.05.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Siwan in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55341 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 08/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
