Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of para 28 of the case diary, it appears that he was caught by public in suspicion and after that he confessed his guilt before police leading to recovery to stolen articles of the present case from the shop of another person.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that the petitioner is in jail custody since 3.2.2016 and prior to institution of the present case, he has not been made accused in a case of theft, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
