The petitioner seeks bail in Konch P.S. Case No.156 of 2011 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 427, 435 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 17 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 13, 16, 18 and 20 of the Unlawful Atrocities Prevention Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant named five persons in the F.I.R. and alleged that the named five persons and 20-25 other persons came and set ablaze in the tower of the generator set of the company causing destruction of battery, generator set and solar plate. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner came in the confessional statement of co-accused during the course of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61472 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 investigation. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2018. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2018, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. III, Gaya in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.156 of 2011.
