The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning back to his home on his motorcycle from Muzaffarpur, three miscreants riding on a motorcycle intercepted him and looted his motorcycle on the gun point.

Name of the petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Saurav Kumar, who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 06.05.2022 in Cr.Misc. No. 68731/2021. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, he has not been put on T.I.P. and he is in custody since 11.02.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62068 of 2021(3) dt.12-05-2022 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S.
