Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagha Mahila P.S. Case No. 17 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, the victim girl namely Priya Kumari in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. (Annexure-2) has not stated anything against this petitioner.
