JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that Police has arrested the petitioner and recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55741 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S.
