In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 540 of 2017, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 363, 366, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits the petitioners are mother and uncle of Chandan Tani. The victim girl has appeared before the Magistrate and stated that she of her own has gone with Chandan Tanti having affair with him.
