2. Earlier also, on two occasions i.e. on 07.05.2024 and 06.08.2024, when the matter was called out, there was none to represent the petitioner.

3. Learned Advocate for the BSRTC submits at the Bar that all the admissible retiral benefits and other dues have been accorded to the petitioner. In this regard, letter no.3126 dated 26.09.2023 has been placed, which is taken on record.

4. Be that as it may, since there is none to represent

Patna High Court CWJC No.13754 of 2022(4) dt.13-08-2024 2/2 the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as nonprosecution.

5. Needless to observe, if the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed, he shall be at liberty to approach before the authority concerned.
