This matter relates to payment of reimbursement of medical bill for an amount of Rs. 89,300/-.

This Court vide order dated 09.04.2018 directed for payment of the admitted dues.

A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondent no.3, wherein statement has been made that the medical bill has been paid to the petitioner and in support of his statement he has attached Annexure - B series showing the payment of the said amount.

In view of the above, there is no need to proceed further.
