Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(a) of the Excise Act.
Altogether 19 litres of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 09-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 196 of 2016 to the satisfaction
