Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. In short, the issue, which remains in the instant proceedings, as per the petitioner's counsel, is that the rate at which the pensionary dues have been fixed and paid to the petitioner, need revision/enhancement. In support of his claim, the petitioner would be approaching the Respondent-Authority by filing detailed representation seeking parity with others, similarly situated.
