2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jokihat P.S. Case No. 255 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) of the IT Act, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54175 of 2023(2) dt.31-08-2023 2/2 and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
