It is submitted that despite application having been filed in the year 2011, no decision has been taken by the District Magistrate-cum-licensing authority, Bhojpur at Ara regarding grant of arms licence to the petitioner even though the police report has been received by him recommending grant of licence to the petitioner.

In above view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) V.K. Pandey/- U
