It is alleged that the Contractor (respondent no. 9) of the Bihar State Bridge Construction Corporation is illegally excavating soil from the land owned and possessed by the petitioner without payment of any compensation and/or acquisition of land.

A grievance of such nature ought to have been raised before the respondents.

It is submitted that a representation is pending before

Patna High Court CWJC No.3813 of 2014 (2) dt.27-09-2016 2/2 the Managing Director of the Corporation as well as the District Magistrate.

The writ application is disposed of permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation/application raising the said grievance supported by all documents before the respondent nos. 4 and 6.

If any such application(s) is/are filed the same shall receive due consideration by the concerned respondents and take appropriate decision and/or pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously.
