The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarhawa P.S. Case No. 244 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 304-B, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the cousin brother-in-law of the deceased, this application for regular bail is allowed.
