JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they assaulted the informant and others.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. There is case and counter case between both the parties. The matter has been settled between the parties.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24892 of 2015 (3) dt.16-09-2015 2 / 2 within a period of four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S.
