The petitioner has filed this application for quashing of Misc. Case No. 01 of 2018, filed, before learned Additional District Judge-I, Jehanabad, by the respondent nos. 1 and 2plaintiffs, for restoration of Probate Case No. 06 of 1997/16 of 2015, which was dismissed for default on 30.01.2018. In my opinion, this application is premature and this
