Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named nor has been put on Test Identification Parade. It appears that the confessional statement of petitioner was recorded in another case and on that basis, he has been remanded in this case on 25.4.2016 and since then he is languishing in jail custody.

Accordingly, petitioner above named, is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29828 of 2016 (2) dt.28-07-2016 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Distt.
