2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 179/2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 137 and 87 of the BNS.
3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, as well as, the specific statement made in paragraph no.12 of the bail application, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation.
4. The petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Court on 09.09.2025 sharp at 10:30 a.m.
5. Learned District Court is directed to take necessary
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55096 of 2025(2) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 action to refer the matter before the learned mediator of the District Mediation Center.
6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner in connection with the aforesaid case.
7. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 09.09.2025 before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall automatically lose its force.
8. Accordingly, the present bail application stands disposed of.
