ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-08-2015 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by the Sessions Judge, Nalanda, Biharsharif, in Sohsarai P.S. Case No.199 of 2014 vide order dated 22.01.2015.

It has been submitted that on merits the Opposite Party No.2 did not deserve anticipatory bail.

Since this can be no ground for cancellation of bail, the application is dismissed.
