The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 registered under Sections 307, 354B, 379, 337, 341, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and a quarrel had taken place on account of sequel of throwing night soil by father of the petitioner at her room. Learned counsel for the State opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55500 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Considering the fact that a trivial issue raised by the informant resulted into some altercation and assault and the petitioner belongs to the same family, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
