2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Manish Kumar and Pravendra Kumar. No stolen article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 418 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
