In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 247 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury on the forehead of the information. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56434 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order on the same day considering every aspects of the matter and without being influenced by the order of this Court.
