For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Siyaram Pandey For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Dr. Rabindra Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of the impugned order that on the basis of confessional statement of petitioner the stolen articles were recovered from the room of his house.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Samastipur stands rejected.
